Returns

In accordance with Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 7 days from the date of delivery of your order to return products. We do not offer exchanges. However, items may be returned for a refund.
Products must be returned at your expense, in their original packaging and in new condition (unworn, unwashed). For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of unsealed products (e.g., the staple holding socks together has been removed).

If the above conditions are met, the company CHUBERB will refund any sums already paid within a maximum of 30 days after receiving the products. The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen by the customer at the time of their order. The customer may place a new order.
